How long does delivery take?
Most Lagos orders arrive within 24–48 hours. We message you on WhatsApp when your order is on its way.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, pay on delivery is available in supported areas. You can also pay by bank transfer or card.
Are your products original?
We source from authorised distributors and sell sealed, original products. If anything looks wrong, message us and we’ll make it right.
What if an item is damaged or wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. Delivery is free over ₦20,000; below that we confirm the fee before you pay.
How does the ₦1,000 code work?
Enter WELCOME1000 at checkout on a basket of ₦8,000 or more. It works once per customer and expires 7 days after we send it.
